Summary of Practice
Hyunil Park is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on domestic and foreign patent prosecution and infringement and validity opinions related to materials science, electrical and electronic engineering, and semiconductor devices.

Mr. Park also devotes a significant portion of his time in counseling start-up companies, research institutes, and universities. Mr. Park has also served as a member of the R&D Project Evaluation Committee at Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, and Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology.

Mr. Park was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2005 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association. He also passed the U.S. Patent Bar Examination in 2019.
