Gyunghwa Han is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where her practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to physics.

Boasting a very high allowance rate for patents related to bidets, air cleaners, water purifiers, stratified pipelines, and LTS laser equipment, Ms. Han is an expert on IP prosecution in the US, Japan, China, India, Vietnam, and Europe.

Additionally, Ms. Han provides consulting and opinion work for SMEs with government-supported projects, particularly in progressive technologies such as blood glucose strips.

Ms. Han was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2003 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
