Summary of Practice: Jeneil Chung is a partner in the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecutions and trials, patent invalidations and infringement analysis, patent prior art searches, pre-litigation patent strategies and patent litigation in various technical fields, such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agricultural science, semiconductors, and displays.

With a demonstrated history of successfully representing multinational corporations before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board (IPTAB), the Patent Court, and the Supreme Court, Mr. Chung is a highly experienced and sought after patent attorney.

He is also extremely knowledgeable in Korean regulations related to chemical substances, such as K-REACH and the Chemicals Control Acts, and has trained employees of Korean subsidiaries of Japanese companies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chung worked at Kim & Chang and Lee & Ko IP.

Mr. Chung was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2004, is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association, and is well-versed in Korean, English and Japanese.
