Martin Choi is an associate in the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution support and licensing related to biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical technologies. Additionally, he provides opinion work on a range of US patent issues, including infringement, validity, enforceability, remedies, litigation, reexamination, and reissue proceedings.
