Summary of Practice: Jee-Hyun Kim is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where her practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to pharmaceuticals, chemicals and biotechnologies.

Due to her extensive knowledge in these technical fields, Ms. Kim has represented clients such as Ferring B.V., Ipsen Pharma S.A.S, Bayer CropScience AG, and Akzo Nobel N.V., for infringement and validity matters, patent term extensions, and the filing of patent variety rights applications with the Korea Seed & Variety Services.

Ms. Kim was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2003 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association. She is also a certified pharmacist.
