Summary of Practice: Wonseok Oh is a Managing Partner of the firm. While his practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation related to materials science, Mr. Oh is also the firm's expert on China-related IP matters.

Currently, Mr. Oh is the representative IP attorney for POSCO Research Institute of Industrial Science and Technology, a member of the Korea Trade Commission IP Advisory Group, and the Vice Chairman of the APAA Korea Group.

Mr. Oh was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1995 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association, Asian Patent Attorneys Association, and AIPPI.
