Summary of Practice: Seokhwan Bae is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation related to biotechnology, biochemistry, and pharmaceuticals.

Additionally, Mr. Bae provides a spectrum of opinion work on validity, patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement issues for domestic and international clients.

Mr. Bae was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2002 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
