Summary of Practice: Nayeon Hwang is a partner and member of the firm's trademark department, where she specializes in all areas of trademark law, including trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings, licensing, opinion work, and commercial transactions involving IP assets.

Ms. Hwang is experienced in both international and domestic trademark issues and her particular strengths lie in the management of global trademark portfolios.

Ms. Hwang was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
