Summary of Practice: Insun Jang is a partner and member of the firm's trademark department, where he specializes in all areas of trademark law, including trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings, licensing, opinion work, and commercial transactions involving IP assets.

Additionally, Mr. Jang oversees the management of international trademark portfolios in various jurisdictions worldwide.

Mr. Jang was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
