Summary of Practice: Kyounghee Lee is a partner and member of the firm's trademark department, where she specializes in the practice of trademark and design laws. Her other areas of practice also include unfair competition, domain names, and customs enforcement proceedings.

Ms. Lee represents both international and domestic clients and has extensive experience of trademark searches and handling appeals before the Korean Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board. She is also routinely called upon to render expert infringement, validity, and design opinions in design cases.

After receiving the highest national score in the "Design Law" section of the Korean Patent Bar examination, Ms. Lee was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2002 and is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
