Summary of Practice: Jiwon Kwon is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where her practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to medical devices, semiconductors, business models, computers and telecommunications, in particular, CDMA communications.

Due to her background in both natural life sciences and electronic engineering, Ms. Kwon is able to understand both facets of technologies, which helps her to successfully represent multinational companies before the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

Ms. Kwon was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2004 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
