Summary of Practice: Jin-Ho Kang is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to mechanical engineering.

Mr. Kang was previously the representative IP attorney for Iljin Global, but his other primary clients now include Hyundai Motor Company, Sungwoo HiTech, and Hurom.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kang provided lectures to aspiring patent attorneys on international patent filings and served on the Examination Committee for admissions to the Korean Patent Bar. He is also the author of published papers on IP rights in Germany, India, Brazil, and South Africa, as well as in the field of machinery and metals.

Mr. Kang was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2005 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
