Summary of Practice: Ki-Won Min is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to electrical engineering, telecommunications and circuits. In addition, he devotes a significant portion of his time counseling start-up companies, SMEs and universities.

Mr. Min has prosecuted patent applications for Fairchild Korea for more than 10 years and has drafted and prosecuted more than 200 Korean patent applications and 120 US non-provisional patent applications.

Mr. Min was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2004 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
