Summary of Practice: Jung-Taek Kim is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to organic and inorganic chemistry and polymers.

Additionally, Mr. Kim represents clients such as LG Chem Ltd., Kolon Industries, Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Hyundai Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in infringement and invalidation proceedings.

Mr. Kim was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1999 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
