Summary of Practice: Chinhi Kim is a partner and member of the firm's trademark department, where she specializes in all areas of trademark law, but specifically on oppositions, trials, and appeals related to trademarks, trade-dress, and design patents before the Korean Intellectual Property Office and Korean Courts.

Ms. Kim was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1996 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association, Korea Trademark & Design Association, and INTA.
