Summary of Practice: Sukheum Kwon is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where her practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to microbiology, chemistry and life sciences.

Over the course of her international career in the US and Korea, Ms. Kwon has represented clients such as DSM, GE, Samsung Electronics, Akzo Nobel, Delphi, Sumitomo Chemical, and Toshiba before the Korean Intellectual Property Office and the US Patent & Trademark Office.

Ms. Kwon has spent a number of years working as a U.S. patent agent at a reputable IP boutique firm in the US and has valuable patent prosecution experience.

Ms. Kwon was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1991 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association, FICPI, APAA, and INTA.
