Summary of Practice: Byungmoo Choi is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution in semiconductor fabrication processes such as lithography, optical devices, network and telecommunication technologies, microelectronic devices, and business methods.

Additionally, Mr. Choi specializes in patent searches for invalidation and freedom-to-operate issues, covering English and Japanese documents, as well as Korean, and has expertise in system engineering, IT consulting, and network security policies.

Mr. Choi was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2009 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
