In a recent survey of court systems and litigation conducted by the World Trademark Review, South Korea took the top spot for speed of proceedings from among four different categories: Speed of Proceedings, Value for Money, Consistency, and IP Expertise.
While Germany was the top ranked jurisdiction for both IP expertise and value for money, Korea’s rankings in each category suggest a continuous stronghold of its court system and user satisfaction rate:
