On January 24 and 25, 2018, patent attorney Mr. Inhan Kim was invited as a guest lecturer at two seminars held in Osaka and Tokyo in Japan.
During his lectures, which focused on the topic of “Exercising Patent Rights in Korea,” Mr. Kim introduced a variety of cases where patent rights had violated the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, Antitrust Law, and other similar regulations. He also presented a detailed analysis of the reasoning behind the court judgments that rectified such violations.
