On January 9, 2020, Management of Technology (MOT) graduate students and professors from the University of Minnesota visited YOU ME Patent & Law Firm.
Each year, the MOT Graduate School sends students on two-week field trips to Asia under its International Management of Technology Project (IMTP) course. Accordingly, this year, Korea and Vietnam were selected as the students’ Asian destinations, with a visit to YOU ME on the Korean itinerary.
Partners, U.S. attorney David Kim and Korean Patent Attorney Jack Lee, provided the students with presentations on the Korean intellectual property system and start-ups in Korea.
Afterwards, the graduate students and professors revealed their excitement at visiting Korea and their positive impressions of the Korean IP system and business environment. The visitors were grateful for the opportunity to visit YOU ME and expressed their desire to come to Korea again.
