Summary of Practice
Inhan Kim is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to analog and digital circuits, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, e-commerce systems, video and audio coding algorithms, and security software for mobile devices.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kim has worked as an in-house counsel on the patent teams of large electronic corporations in Korea, particularly in prosecution and licensing matters related to digital multimedia devices and was the appointed consultant of a global internet portal company, where he provided advice on patent issues when it established its Japanese subsidiary. Additionally, he specializes in patent searches for invalidation and freedom-to-operate issues in databases covering English and Japanese documents, as well as Korean.

Mr. Kim was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1999 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association and Asian Patent Attorneys Association.
