Summary of Practice
Chang-Hyeon Kim is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution and appeals related to physics and automotives.

Additionally, Mr. Kim is an expert in design prosecution and played a significant role in ensuring Korea's membership into the Hague International Design System. Due to his expertise in this area, he currently serves on the Advisory Panel of the Design System established by the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), as well as its Industrial Property Rights Legislative Committee, and is the author of numerous papers on related topics.

Mr. Kim was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1999 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association, Asian Patent Attorneys Association, AIPPI, and Korea Valuation Association.
