Summary of Practice: Eun-Jin Kim is a partner and member of the firm's patent department, where her primary practice focuses on litigation. She currently represents numerous international and domestic clients in patent & design infringement proceedings in Korea, including invalidation trials. Additionally, she provides opinion work on infringement analysis, cease and desist letters, negotiations and licensing.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim represented international companies in the prosecution of optical, mechanical, and electrical applications, appeals and patent infringement matters.

Ms. Kim was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1994 and is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
