Summary of Practice
David Kim is a partner at the firm, where his practice focuses on all areas of patents, designs, trademarks, product liability, trade secret law, and domain names. Additionally, he provides opinion work for infringement and enforcement proceedings and oversees patent litigations.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kim has represented both domestic and international clients before the US International Trade Commission, the ICC Court of Arbitration, and Korean Courts for licensing, product liability, and infringement matters. Due to his extensive knowledge of the Korean IP industry, he has received a range of personal accolades from reputable industry publications.

Mr. Kim was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000 and is a member of The Order of the Barristers, INTA, AIPPI, and the Korea Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society.
