In January 2016, Korean Attorney-at-Law, Mr. Eung-Jun Jeon, who currently heads YOU ME's legal services, was appointed to the National IP Council, as well as to the Public Data Strategy Task Force in December 2015.
The National IP Council is under the direct control of the President of Korea and is responsible for deliberating matters with respect to national IP strategic issues, reviewing polices and acts as the control tower for all national IP matters. The Public Data Strategy Task Force is commissioned by the Korean Prime Minister and is responsible for adjusting and evaluating the deliberations of the government's key policies with respect to the planning and promotion of public data.
